SHIPPING

Our shipping rate is $9.95 for all orders under 5kg within Australia. For all orders between 5kg and 10kg, our shipping rate is $14.95 within Australia. For larger orders please contact us directly to organise bulk shipping.

International shipping rates will vary depending on delivery destination. Please contact us directly and we can arrange shipping to your country.  

Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (weekdays) of being received except during sale and promotional periods, on public holidays or during festive seasons. Orders will arrive between approximately 2-7 business days from dispatch except during periods outlined above. International shipping times will vary depending on delivery destination.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

We aim to provide you with our products in perfect condition. If products are damaged upon delivery or do not match the products ordered, we will provide you with a refund or replacement within 7 days of you receiving the order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on change of mind purchases so please choose carefully.
